CARLY!

Email me your address so I can get your goodies out to you!

Thank you again averyone for reading my little blog. I wish I could send you all something! And I hope to do some more random givaways throughout the year.

Now onto more mindless things...

Did any of you watch the Bachelor last night? I watched Jake on last season and I liked him then, but last night I was like OH MY!

He does seem a little bit perfect doesn't he? Perfect body, a pilot (doesn't everyone love a man in uniform?), handy around the house, really looking for love, and so sweet. I was regretting not signing up for this season just to see this mythical creature in real life!

The girls however disappointed me. There were only about 2 I liked and one of them didn't get a rose. There also seem to be a lot of models/dancers. And one girl had her occupation as Homemaker. How do you earn a living being a single homemaker? That just confused the crap out of me.

I was glad to see Deanna and Ed still together. I liked Ed.

But man! Jake just may be the best Bachelor yet. I hope he doesn't do anything to screw that up over this season!

I know this crappy TV rots my brain, but it's so entertaining isn't it?

What do you think of Jake? Who is your favorite of the girls?

Congrats Carly :)

I watched a little bit of the Bachelor last night .. and I gotta say I think I may be getting tired of the whole routine. The girls are so disappointing and I can hardly relate to them.. still, it's good to have a go-to mindless tv show :)

i watch ALL crappy tv and I love it all, except I don't watch the Bachelor. I've never seen it, so I don't know exactly how it works, but it is a bunch of girls who have never met the guy before right? (From what you wrote and what I've heard from others, this season is an exception with the same guy?) Anyway, the reason I don't watch it is because I just don't get it. I don't understand how you could love this one guy before you know who he is. Don't they all swoon over the one man who comes out? Do any of them say "oh, he's not my type" and leave the show? Are they trying to find someone to date? I mean, maybe if there were multiple guys and multiple girls and it was a meet and greet sort of thing where you could decide to get to know someone better or not then I'd get it. I don't know, with the amount of crap tv I watch I'm surprised that my standards are higher for this one! But I don't think less of anyone else who watches it. I just think less of the girls who go on the show!

It's funny, I haven't watched The Bachelor in SO long! I always feel sorry for the people looking to be chosen on those shows...

Although I'm usually suspect of the men and women b/c I figure they're really just doing it for the potential fame of it all.

I could be wrong, but if not, wouldn't they just go on eHarmony instead of TV? Just my opinion... :-)

I do remember seeing one girl listed as "homemaker" and was wondering how that worked. After all how are you only a homemaker before you even get married?

Deanna and Ed? Don't you mean Jillian and Ed? I'm not a Deanna fan.
