College for Old People

My mom lives in a retirement community.  She moved there a few years ago even though she is still young- still in her 60's.  She has her own condo and some of the people there have their own houses (called cottages) but still get all the benefits of the community.  Let me tell you some of the stuff they have- a dining hall, a pub, a library, a pool, a work-out room, a barber shop/beauty parlor, a meditation chapel, walking trails, and probably lots more stuff I don't even know about.  They do activities ALL THE TIME.  I always tell people it is like college for old people.  That is the only way I know how to describe how much partying and socializing they do!

I saw this today on another blog and I was going to send it to my mom, but I thought I'd just share it here since I know she reads my blog.  I know she'll get a kick out of it and I hope you do too!

This is pretty hilarious. I love that they did this all in one take. Very inventive and creative!! Also I love your description of retirement homes -- college for old people. Sounds fun! Lol.
