Sorry for the Silence

Last week was super busy.

We had a Global Summit at work.

This little girl came in to the world.

How freaking cute is she??

I went here for a friend's birthday

Amazing!

I went to a friend's house for the superbowl and they pulled out some of these which made my freaking month!

best. beer. ever.

And I'm still laughing over this ad:

Hopefully I'll get myself together and get back to regular posting this week!

I smiled. I squealed. I cried. I like this a lot.  Definitely worth watching.

Carolina on my mind

I love being a Carolina girl (the state not the college).  I've lived in North Carolina my whole life and I may be a bit biased but I think this is one of the best places on earth to live. You've got Southern Hospitality. You've got the mountains and the beach just a short drive away.  Life couldn't get much better.

I love the Carolinas.

And I love boys.

And after watching this I think I love boys who can sing about Carolina!

Another Love Story

I HAD to share this with you today.  You all know I am a hopeless romantic (emphasis on the word hopeless).  I came across this video on It Must Be (so) Liberating  I just discovered her blog recently.  She lives in Madrid! (Can I come visit!?) And I am so looking forward to following along with her adventures.

This video is so so good!  I hope no one noticed me crying at my desk watching it.  It is a little long, but so worth a watch!

Stuff like this renews my hope for some reason.  I just know my husband is out there.  God has perfect timing and He is probably using this time to mold and shape us to fit perfectly into each others lives.

Dear Future Husband,

I have waited so long for you.  But it is good because had I met you any earlier I probably wouldn't have treated you very well or even have wanted you at all (I was pretty selfish in my 20's).  Now I can not wait to freaking meet you!  I cannot wait to discover our love story!  Hope to see you soon!

Love,
Suz

Are you going to see it?

I feel like such a pedophile for getting all hot and bothered when I look at this! I can't believe he is only 17! He was on the Today Show this morning and I like him even more! He seems like such a sweet guy and I love him and Taylor Swift together!

I love me some Edward, but in this book I was really rooting for Jacob and every one after that I always had a soft spot for him.

Are you going to see it? Have you already seen it at the midnight showing?

Team Edward or Team Jacob?

Eye Candy

I have a crush. I think this man is so freaking hot, he makes me teeth sweat. I don’t know him personally but in my head he is funny, charming, sweet, decisive, strong, and basically everything I ever wanted in a guy. And did I mention he is so physically attractive I want to lick him? All day…everyday. So bad…so so bad I know, but it is just my instinct when I see him with his shirt off. With his shirt on, it makes me want to cuddle up in the crook of his neck or spoon all day long.

Too bad he is already married. But here’s some eye candy for my your daydreaming pleasure…

Water Dog!

I've been taking Cam to walk at Lake Lynn forever. But just recently I let him get in the water some. On Wednesday Witty Guy and I took Cam to the lake and brought along the ball and he loved it! Here's a clip:

New Design

My blog got a make-over! I was so frustrated these last few months about my blog looking so blah. So for part of my Christmas present to myself I decided to pay for a little re-design. The wonderful Shauna came up with this awesome design based on my love for pink and longing for something cute, clean, and fun. She even made a matching one for my Bookshelf Blog, loaded them for me and fixed my menu bar buttons! She is great and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a blog make-over. Check her out here:

What do you think of the new look?

Also, go check out the new header on my Bookshelf Blog and my review of Candace Bushnell's One Fifth Avenue.
